The Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology publishes scientific works in the field of archaeology, history of material culture, ethnology and social anthropology, and related disciplines. Scientific texts are published in the form of monographs, publishing series and scientific journals.

The  Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology Polish Academy of Sciences Publishing House follows  ethical standards of publications developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and the Code of Ethics for Researchers, developed by the Committee on Ethics in Science at the Polish Academy of Sciences. It also adheres to the principles set out in the Institutional Open Access Policy IAE PAN.

All publications published by the IAE PAN Publishing House are peer-reviewed by independent reviewers.

The publishing process with  the IAE PAN Publishing House is described in the Regulations of the IAE PAN Publishing House.
